Welcome to Deepiano (hereinafter referred to as "this App"). Before using this App, please read this "User Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") carefully. This Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You") and the developer of this App, Beijing ZhiQu Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "We" or "Company"), regarding the use of this App and related services.
Before using this App, you should carefully read and fully understand all the terms of this Agreement. 3.1 This App provides you with Professional sheet music, AI page turning, audio studio, mistake correction. We reserve the right to adjust, change, or terminate part or all of the service content at any time based on actual circumstances without prior notice to you.
3.2 You understand and agree that the services of this App may be affected by factors such as network, device, and system stability. We cannot guarantee the continuity, timeliness, and security of the services. If you are unable to use this App normally due to the above reasons, we shall not bear any responsibility.
3.3 We reserve the right to supervise and manage your use of this App in accordance with laws, regulations, policy requirements, or business needs. If you violate this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations, we reserve the right to take measures including but not limited to warnings, functional restrictions, service suspension, and account termination.
4.1 When using this App, you should comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the relevant provisions of this Agreement. You may not use this App to engage in any illegal or non-compliant activities, including but not limited to:

5.2 You understand and agree that we have the right to disclose your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations or the requirements of government authorities.
6.1 All content of this App, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software, code, and interface design, is protected by intellectual property laws and regulations. Without our written permission, you may not copy, modify, disseminate, display, distribute, license, or sell any content of this App in any way.
6.2 Any content you generate during the use of this App (such as comments, feedback, etc.), you agree to grant us a global, perpetual, irrevocable, and free license to use. We have the right to use, copy, modify, publish, display, translate, and distribute your aforementioned content without notifying you.

The modified Agreement will be published within this App and will take effect upon publication. If you continue to use this App, it means that you have accepted the modified Agreement.
8.2 You have the right to stop using this App at any time. If you no longer use this App, you can apply to deactivate your account. After the account is deactivated, we will process your personal information in accordance with legal requirements.
8.3 We reserve the right to terminate the provision of services to you at any time without prior notice. If your behavior violates this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the provision of services to you and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
9.1 The conclusion, execution, and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
9.2 If any dispute arises between you and us regarding this Agreement, both parties shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the competent people's court in Beijing, People's Republic of China.
10.1 If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
10.2 The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provisions of this Agreement.
