Deepiano accounts have security protection features. Please keep your username and password information safe. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also note that there is no "perfect security measure" on the internet.

Please protect your personal information properly and only provide it to others when necessary. If you find that your personal information has been leaked, especially if your Deepiano username and password have been compromised, please contact Deepiano customer service immediately. We will take all reasonable and effective measures to remedy the security of your information.

In accordance with relevant Chinese laws, regulations, standards, and common practices in other countries and regions, we guarantee that you can exercise the following rights regarding your personal information:

Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information

You have the right to access and correct your personal information, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations. You can access and correct your personal information through the following methods: If you wish to access or edit your personal profile information in your account.

Deleting Your Personal Information

In the following circumstances, you can request us to delete your personal information:

a. If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;
b. If we collect and use your personal information without your consent;
c. If our processing of personal information violates our agreement with you;
d. If you no longer use our products or services, or if you deactivate your account;
e. If we no longer provide you with products or services.

You can withdraw your consent and delete your personal information by going to "Me - Privacy Settings - Withdraw Consent and Deactivate Account." You understand and acknowledge that we only collect and use information necessary to maintain the normal operation of the service. If you wish to withdraw consent for this information, you can only deactivate your account and stop using Deepiano. Deactivating your account is an irreversible action. After you deactivate your account, we will delete your relevant information.

If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that have obtained your personal information from us and request them to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or these entities have obtained your independent authorization. After you delete information from our service, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system, but we will delete it when the backup is updated.

6. How We Handle Children's Personal Information

  1. Our products, website, and services are primarily aimed at adults. Children may not create their own user accounts without the consent of their parents or guardians.
  2. For the collection of children's personal information with parental consent, we will only use or publicly disclose this information when permitted by law, with the explicit consent of the parents or guardians, or when necessary to protect the children.
  3. Although local laws and customs may have different definitions of children, we consider anyone under the age of 14 to be a child.
